Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot or install complex, customized packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities. Repair equipment to customer specifications quickly and efficiently, addressing high level challenges with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.

Must-Haves

Strong Electrical knowledge: multimeter usage, AC/DC currents, reading blueprints and circuit diagrams, electrical troubleshooting on complex machinery

Strong mechanical knowledge: interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals to pinpoint issues, diagnosis and trouble-shooting, mechanical repairs, mathematics ability, machine shop experience, preventing malfunctions

Nice-To-Haves

Must be open to extensive travel, gone up to 5 days in a row with 2 days off, or 10 days with 4 days off

Experience working in food and meat processing facilities, with cold environments and messy equipment

Prior experience with packaging machines (ideally thermoforms or vacuum sealing)

Military experience is beneficial, particular mechanical or electrical.

Pay: $70,075.86 - $100,672.01 per year
